I ordered Hitsumabushi and an extra bowl of liver soup. The Hitsumabushi was crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. The sauce was sweet. The rice was cooked just right. It was delicious without the broth, but it was also delicious with the broth and seasonings added. The sweet pickled plums also complemented the Hitsumabushi and were a good match.
