焼き加減が良くお肉も柔らかかったです。
柔らかいですが旨味が溢れ絶品でした。
◆牛タン盛り合わせ
大好きなタンの盛り合わせ。
歯ごたえ良く味付けも良かったです。
◆赤身盛り合わせ
カメノコ、カイノミ、シンシンでした。
どのお肉も脂身が少なく自分好みで絶品でした。
◆ハラミ&角切りハツ
どちらも美味しかったです。
