We use only A4 to A5 rank Wagyu beef. Each cut is carefully aged under different preparation and management, and we only serve the meat at the time of eating. Hand cut after ordering. We pay close attention to every millimeter of difference, such as the angle at which the knife is inserted and the thickness of the meat, and we pursue thoroughness until it reaches the customer's mouth.
