愛知県名古屋市中区栄の平子ビル 1Fにある鮨 うら山 本店にお伺いしました。名古屋市営地下鉄 名城線 矢場町駅から徒歩3分のところにあり、公共交通機関からアクセスしやすいです。近くにはコインパーキングもあり、アクセスは便利です。店内は木の温かみを感じるモダンで落ち着いた雰囲気です。座席は20席で、カウンター席は10席、テーブル席は10席あります。完全個室もあるので、幅広いシーンで利用できると思います。
今回はディナーメニューの黒部（15000円）をいただきました。コースの内容は、先付3品、焼物、一品物、握り10貫、巻物、汁物、デザートです。シャリはこだわりの赤酢を使用していて、ツンとした酸味がなくマイルドな味に仕上げられています。使用するお米は天日干しのオリジナルブレンド米です。上品な甘みを感じます。赤身、光もの、白身魚、貝類等の繊細な味わいにも相性が合っていて、美味しかったです。
鮨うら山は独自の北陸ルートを中心に、全国各地からも選りすぐりの贅沢な海の幸を仕入れています。北陸から日本海で採れた魚を直送しています。季節の味を楽しめるように様々な地方からも旬ものを取り寄せています。
