After the last day of closing the accounts, I felt like I was done and wanted to eat something delicious, so I went to Urayama, which I had been curious about for a while. It was a rainy day with strong winds, so we were able to eat slowly. I ordered the omakase course. The chef said that it would be difficult to eat at the moment due to the change of seasons, but all the dishes were delicious. The Kuruma shrimp was boiled right in front of me and served half-raw, and it was exquisite. Combined with the warmth, it was the best shrimp Sushi I've ever eaten. I would like to visit you again.
