今日は友人と宅飲み会。どうしても「十四代」が一緒に呑みたかったので食べログを検索…。
栄にある「全国銘酒居酒屋 JAPANESE BAR 名古屋栄店」さんにお邪魔する事にしました。
実は1週間前から企画を計画。。。（笑）最近はめっきり外でお酒を飲むことが無かったので楽しみです。
16時に集合してタクシーでお店前へ。極力、人と会わないようにとの感染対策です(;^_^A
店名に”居酒屋”とあるので、本当に居酒屋を想像していましたが、スナックなどがたくさん入っている雑居ビルへ
入っていきます。。。なるほど～こういう場所にあるお店なんですね。。。
こういう夜のお店はあまり縁がなくてちょっとドキドキ。こういう時に食べログがあると便利ですね～。
事前に予習出来ていたので迷う事なく突撃する事ができました～(*´▽｀*)
店内はスナック風居酒屋。男性スタッフ2名で対応しています。すでに先客が…。
この時期、この時間に、、、ってよく考えると凄いですよね。
普段、日本酒を飲まないワタクシ達なので、とりあえず今日の目的だった「十四代」から注文させて頂きました。
酔っ払ってしまうと味がわからなくなってしまいますからね…(;^_^A
日本酒はこれから勉強中ですと言ったら、丁寧にスタッフの方が教えてくれました。
こういう雰囲気での、こういうコミニケーションは嬉しいですよね。
洒落乙なグラスで十四代を頂きます。。。(#^^#)
うん、日本酒らしい臭みがなくて初心者には飲みやすい。普段は日本酒を飲まないワタクシですが
フルーティーで美味しいと思います。
以前、日本酒好きの人達と一緒に呑み比べした時にワタクシが1番呑んでいたのが「十四代」だったのです。
ぜひ、その時に美味しいと思ったお酒を友人にも共有してもらいたいと思っていたのです(#^^#)
ただ少しミーハー的な所もあるかもしれませんが…（笑）
こちらのお店、日本酒にあうオツマミもなかなかクオリティーが高くて「牡蠣のネギチーズ焼き 1000円」も
プリプリの牡蠣が沢山入って、ネギとチーズのバランスも良い。酢鯖も良いですね～。
十四代に似たお酒という事で「竜神」というお酒をオススメしてくれたので、こちらも頂くことに。
うんうん、確かに確かに。味というか方向性も似ていると思います(*^^*)
いろいろ試し飲みをさせて頂きましたが、あーだこーだ言ってイロイロ日本酒を飲む事が無かったので
こういったお酒の楽しみ方も良いですね～。友人も大満足でした。
早くコロナが収束して気兼ねなく呑みに行けるようになりたいです！
