名古屋市中区の秀和ビル 1Fにある地酒と創作和食 酒肴人 名古屋栄店に友人とお伺いしました。名古屋市営地下鉄 東山線・名城線 栄駅から徒歩約6分で、栄3丁目のキング観光の裏手のデイリーヤマザキ栄入江街通店近くにあります。店内は、広めの落ち着いた雰囲気です。座席は70席あり、カウンター席、テーブル席、個室があります。貸切もできるそうなので、友人、会社関係の宴会、お祝いの席など様々なシーンで利用できると思います。
今回は特製ポテトサラダ（528円）、出汁巻き玉子（738円）、生牡蠣 1ヶ（638円）、熟成牛すじ土手煮~温玉のせ~（968円）を注文しました。生牡蠣は特別な処理を施した無菌牡蠣を使用しているとのことで、ボリュームもありとても美味しかったです。熟成牛すじ土手煮は熟成牛のすじを八丁赤味噌とともに煮込んでいて、お酒に合います。全体的におしゃれな料理メニューが多かったので、女性の方がいる食事に利用できると思います。
