何回もリピートしているお店です。
いつも2食鍋で濃厚と辛いので注文します。
その二つが1番美味しいです。
好きな具材を、自分で選んで取りに行ったり、誰を好きに作れたりするので楽しさもあります。
お会計は自分で選んできた具材の数✖️そのお皿のカラーで決まります。(回転寿司みたいな感じのシステムです)
いつもお客さんでいっぱいなので事前予約必須です。

いつも通り二色鍋
1辛いと濃厚スープです。（その二つが美味しい）
蓮根、ブロッコリーを入れると美味です。
豆腐は凍らせてあり、茹でると水分を吸うので辛い方に入れるとスープを全面にいただくことになるので大変なことになります、、汗
濃厚スープに入れるのをお勧めします。
たまに味が濃い時や煮詰まりすぎて濃かなりすぎる時があるので
私はお水をもらって足します。
出汁を持って回っているので出汁を足してくれるのですが、それだと全然濃いままなので水をもらって足してます。
