本日は、池田公園近く瓦通沿いにグランドオープンして間もないうに横丁さんへアラカルト料理を食べに伺いました(^^)v
お店は雲丹取り入れた料理を提供する小さ
な居酒屋さん、、
プロの料理人が作る料理とは異なる簡易な
メニューが多く正しく居酒屋レベル～
北海道10ヶ所以上の産地で獲れる蝦夷馬糞
雲丹は昆布など餌や環境の違いにより甘さ
をはじめ濃淡な味わい他異なるのが面白い(^^)/
本日頂いた雲丹は質、量ともにイマイチと
云うかやはり居酒屋レベル～横丁TKGなど
インスタ映えを狙った雲丹を扱う料理が多
いことをウリとしているようですが本格的
に美味しい雲丹を食べたいならやはり高級
すし店か旬の時期に本格的高級雲丹の食べ
比べを楽しむことが出来る蓬左茶寮さんが～名古屋ではピカイチですねぇ(^^)/
