以前から気になっていた、うにの専門店に
栄からはるばる歩いて訪問しました。
15:00からオープンしており、早いうちに行けば
席が空いてるとのことで、15：30頃に行きました。
今回は3つのメニューを注文しました。
①うに3種盛り
養殖、天然など育て方も違う、産地も違ううにを
味わえる一品。
3種だけでなく、2種、4種もあります。
醤油ではなく、塩とわさびでいただくとのこと。
甘さ、コクも全然違い、同じウニでもこんな
違うのかと感動しました。
②かに箱
かにの身とかに味噌を混ぜた一品。
しっかり解されているので、食べやすく、
かに味噌との相性も非常にいい
③横丁TKG
卵、ねぎ、とびっこ、いくら、うにののった
卵かけご飯。
具を混ぜて食べると、とびっこやねぎの食感、
うにやいくらのコクがベストマッチ！
うには臭みがなく、食べやすかったです。
おそらく苦手な人も大丈夫ではないかと思われます。
