愛知県名古屋市中区栄にあるうに横丁にお伺いしました。名古屋市営地下鉄 名城線 矢場町駅の1番出口から徒歩約7分、名古屋市営地下鉄 名城線 栄駅の13番出口から徒歩約8分のところにあり、公共交通機関からアクセスしやすいです。駐車場はありませんが、近くにはコインパーキングがあるので、自動車でのアクセスも便利です。店内は綺麗で、落ち着いた雰囲気です。座席は16席で、カウンター席とテーブル席があります。貸切することもできるので、幅広いシーンに利用できると思います。15時から営業しています。
今回はうに 4種盛り（3850円）、いくら軍艦（385円）、とびっ子軍艦（275円）、生牡蠣等を注文しました。特に、うに 4種盛りは4種類の産地のうにが楽しめて、味比べをすることができて、楽しく食事をすることができます。様々な種類の新鮮な海鮮を味わうことができて、とても美味しかったです。
うに横丁は市場ではなかなかお目にかかれない塩水うにを100%使用してます。塩水うには、完全無添加です。通常の箱うにに使用されている食品添加物のミョウバンを使用してません。そのため、箱うに特有の臭みや苦みが一切ありません。塩水うにのとろける食感とクリーミーなうに本来の甘みは格別です。
