名古屋市東区オレンジタウン内にある鉄板フレンチとバーのお店。
目の前の鉄板でシェフの技術を楽しみながら、お酒を楽しむのも良し、2軒目にフラッと立ち寄って、バーでお酒を楽しむのも良し。
シェフ選りすぐりの食材を使った季節のメニューを頂くことができます。
この日は2軒目に伺ったので、バーに寄りました。
ソムリエお薦めの自然派オレンジワインを頂きました。
赤ワインよりも飲みやすく、白ワインよりも味わい深い、そんな印象を受けました。
ソムリエさんがワインのことだけでなく、色々なお酒の知識を惜しみなく披露して下さってとても勉強になりました。(鼻につくような嫌な感じは全くないので、ご安心ください)
店内も大人っぽい造りになっていて、とても落ち着きのあるお店です。
落ち着いてゆっくり飲めるようになったら鉄板焼き食べながら、ゆっくりと飲みたいです。
