I want to drink delicious alcohol. I went on a Japanese-style meal date at Nishiki. Right next to Sakae Station! It's on the first floor of the building, so it's easy to find. The glass door is so stylish. The atmosphere inside the store is also very nice! However, the interior of the store was not too high-class and very comfortable. Seating is at private tables and an L-shaped counter. We had it at the counter. The grill was right in front of us, and we had a special seat where we could watch the fish and meat being grilled. By the way, smoking is allowed. There are so many options on the menu that you can't help but worry! With so many varieties, you'll never get bored! So, I think I would like to come again. ★Sashimi (5 types of today's sashimi) The mackerel, which is almost raw, is exquisite. What can you eat in Nagoya? The chewy texture of the squid was also great. ★Snow crab and boiled egg salad I was surprised to see salmon roe on top! A luxurious amount of snow crab! a lot! a lot! As many as eggs! This will make you want more food! ★Omusubi (Mentaiko kelp & whitebait plum) The combination of ingredients is interesting. The ingredients that took a lot of effort are good! It has more volume than it looks and is highly satisfying. ★Otoshi (shellfish and spring vegetable ohitashi) Delicious. Suddenly, my heart was grabbed. Rape flowers are delicious. that's all. I would like rice to be added to the menu. Lol lol Overall, the seasoning makes the alcohol go well. Soft-simmered and kakuni...I wonder if Simmered dish are sweet and spicy for Nagoya people? ? Whatever I ate was delicious. You can't go wrong! The fish were especially impressive. The sashimi and fried horse mackerel were exquisite. It's a must-try. This is a restaurant that I would recommend to my friends. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.
