今日はゆっくり友達と話したい気分だったので、教えて頂いたちょっと変わった飛騨牛のメニューがあるこちらのお店にお邪魔しました。
中区役所を歩いて行きまして、飲み屋さんが並ぶビルの9階にあり、靴を脱いで入ります。
店内は和を基調とした落ち着いた掘りごたつの完全個室の席です。周りを気にせずに食事ができますね。
まず注文したものは迷ったけど、飛騨牛まつり焼き ¥1980

一人前1980yen 注文は二人前から
大きな鍋の真ん中に出汁つゆが入ってて、その周りを円を描くようにキャベツ、もやし、ニラが乗って
そちらの上に綺麗で美味しそうな飛騨牛が乗ってます♫
お肉はしゃぶしゃぶのように
出汁つゆに入れて
黄身が入ったタレでまず頂きました。
出汁つゆもすき焼きの割り下みたいに甘辛のお味が濃いめです。
お肉は柔らかくて美味しかったですね！
卵多めに欲しくなりました。別で追加したらよかったなぁ。野菜たくさん食べれて女子にも良いかな。二人で食べると結構な量でしたので、こちらの他にもいろいろ食べたい方は大人数がおすすめ！
