いただいたのは、ワンダフィレコース。
ワンダフィレコースはお肉を焼いてもらえて、美味しいお肉を食べ頃の焼き加減でいただける。

黒毛和牛サーロインユッケは炙った香ばしさととろける美味しさがたまらない。
旬のサラダは鮮度がイマイチなところも。
5,000人待ちのオーダーメイド濃縮塩水で食べる『泡タン』。
田野屋塩二郎という予約5,000人待ちの塩職人に特別に作ってもらった濃縮塩水をかけていただくタンということらしい。
大豆に含まれる旨味成分レシチンの泡をタンにのせることでタンの旨味を引き出し、そこに濃縮塩水をスプレー噴射していただく。
タン自体弾力があり柔らかく、美味しいのもそうだが、泡がのったりスプレーをかけたりとなんだか楽しい。
黒毛和牛厳選赤身に馬路村赤キャップポン酢泡醤油を添えて。
これは黒毛和牛の赤身にふんわり溶ける柚子昆布をのせていただくもの。
これも楽しくて美味しい。
シメは牛肉ごろっとカレーと牛肉茶漬けから選べる。
牛肉ごろっとカレーは辛さがほぼない優しいカレー。
牛肉茶漬けは薄切りの生肉の上から出汁をかけるスタイル、これがとても美味しい。
飲み物は赤ワインをグラスで。
フランスのミディアムボディのものとチリのフルボディのものがあり、チリのフルボディのものが美味しかった。
美味しいだけでなく、いろいろな食べ方で楽しめてエンタメ性もあり。
美味しい焼肉を楽しくいただいた。
