Farm&'s coffee is Mexican Maya Vinic, which is carefully roasted at a long-established local roasting factory in Nagoya. This is sustainable coffee that uses Fair Trade certified beans that are traded fairly at a fair price from the production area and are based on strict quality control.
Community Contribution Activities
The concept is "local production for local consumption." The menu is made up of ingredients grown with care by honest producers in the three Tokai prefectures. We provide carefully selected materials in a simple and straightforward manner.
