Visited on 2022-04-23: I think it's about a 15-minute walk from Yabacho Station on the Nagoya Municipal Subway Meijo Line. Located on the 2nd floor of Princess Garden Hotel. As soon as you take the escalator from the entrance to the 2nd floor, the entrance is on your right. The interior of the restaurant consists of table seats and private room seats (I think). I was seated at a table, so I couldn't see what was on the other side of the partition. However, I was happy that I was able to eat in peace because I was separated from other groups. We ordered food and drinks while looking at the menu. First of all, Horaisen Sora, assorted three kinds of Grilled skewer with salt. Then, I ordered an assortment of three types of chicken sushi and cold steamed liver gunkanmaki. Grilled skewer were grilled just right, and the thighs and breasts were juicy and delicious. The meatballs were placed flat on a skewer. Chicken sushi consists of breast, thigh, and fillet. It's smaller and easier to eat than I expected. For me, one volume is one bite. The sashimi was accompanied by perilla leaves. I had it with soy sauce. Garnish with salt and lemon to taste. Wasabi is not added to the Sushi, but you can add it as you like. I had it with soy sauce, but I was impressed with the salt alone. Next time, I would like to try it with salt. Cold steamed liver gunkanmaki is made with steamed liver. The liver had no smell and was very delicious. I had this with the included sesame oil and salt. The sesame oil and salt go well with the liver and are delicious. Again, add wasabi and salt to your liking. Next, I ordered local beer red miso lager, pure Nagoya Cochin grilled thigh, and dashimaki egg. The red miso lager gave me the impression of a beer with a slight miso flavor. I ordered it because it was a novelty, but it was very delicious. The grilled thigh meat is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. It was a dish where you could enjoy the strong taste of Nagoya Cochin. It is very tasty. The dashimaki egg was fluffy and the flavor of the soup stock and rich egg was impressive. Next, I ordered the Horai Izumi and assorted chicken tempura. The assorted chicken tempura consisted of three pieces of chicken tempura, eggplant, carrot, onion, and shishito. The crispy fried Tempura was very delicious. Tentsuyu and salt will be provided. Grated radish and ginger are also included for the tempura sauce. It would be nice if salt was provided. I'm a fan of eating Tempura with salt, so I was happy. For rice, I ordered the grilled Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl). It comes with red soup stock and pickles. Onions and chicken were simmered in Warishita and topped with an egg. I also like that it comes with mitsuba leaves. The taste of warishita is slightly sweet with just the right amount of salt. It's good that there's a lot of chicken in it. Lastly, Nagoya Cochin egg vanilla ice cream. It was a vanilla ice cream with an impressive rich egg taste. Although I didn't order anything this time, they have most of Nagoya's specialties, such as miso kishimen and chicken dish, so you can enjoy Nagoya to the fullest. I also thought it would be nice to have delicious local sake. The food and drinks were delicious, and the atmosphere was nice. It was a store that I would like to go to again.
