Food The world's first raw bread "One Hundred"
This is a loaf of bread that has a ratio of 100% flour to 100% moisture. The more water the bread has, the softer it will be, but common sense says that you can only add about 75 parts water to 100 parts flour. If you add more than that, it will become sticky and won't hold together. Enjoy a moist and chewy loaf of bread with plenty of moisture including fresh cream.
Food Pancakes
The ultimate fluffy soufflé Pancakes was arrived at after many trials and errors. The generous amount of fresh cream is made using a gas called Espuma, so it has a surprisingly soft texture compared to regular fresh cream. In addition to the regular menu, seasonal Pancakes made with seasonal fruits are also very popular.

All wines are natural wines. A total of 14 types + daily specials, including Paul McCartney's favorite champagne, one of Winery of the Year's gems, and Nature's orange wine! All can also be enjoyed via the glass.
