Once I start drinking, I want to go to many places. Today, I ate offal hot pot at shabu shabu Miyabi, which I frequent, and after going to another restaurant, I stopped by the third one. Only in Sangenjaya (///∇︎///) This is a store I've always wanted to visit. When I went there without a reservation, the counter happened to be empty. There were various types of alcoholic beverages lined up in front of me, so I had a PEAK highball and my companion had plum wine. There are many standard menus, but there are also many blackboard menus. Since the blackboard was far away and I couldn't see it, they sent it to me via AirDrop. This is good. What I ordered was an assortment of 5 kinds of sake appetizers, deep-fried lotus roots, and Sancha potato flora. The 5 types of sake appetizers are beautifully arranged in three dimensions using a variety of vessels. Everything was delicious. There are counter seats, table seats, and standing seats, all of which create an unbalanced atmosphere and make it fun to look around the store. There are still many things I want to eat.
