鮨うら山栄離れ@名古屋市中区栄

2021年5月に離れがオープン。同じく栄に本店もある鮨うら山。東京の銀座にもお店があるようだ。鮨飯は赤酢、魚は北陸を中心に。とあるが、出される魚は回転寿司でも出てくるものばかりで残念。
他のレビューにもあるが、せめて鮨飯だけでも温度帯を変えてほしい。適正な温度や握り加減を変えるだけで美味しくなるし、パフォーマンスも上がる。お昼のコースだからこそいい物を出しいい仕事をする。そーすれば必ず夜の来店へとつながると思う。回らないお鮨初めな方々にはいいお店だと思います。
