愛知県名古屋市中区栄のルパルクMKビル 1Fにある鮨うら山 栄離れにお伺いしました。名古屋市営地下鉄 東山線・名城線 栄駅から徒歩約8分のところにあり、近くにはコインパーキングもあり、アクセスは便利です。店内は木の温かみを感じるモダンで落ち着いた雰囲気です。座席は14席で、カウンター席は10席、テーブル席は1卓あります。半個室もあるので、幅広いシーンで利用できると思います。
今回はランチメニューの早月（3500円）をいただきました。コースの内容は、鮨8貫、巻物、茶碗蒸し、汁物です。お手頃な値段で上質なお寿司を楽しむことができます。シャリはこだわりの赤酢を使用していて、ツンとした酸味がなくマイルドな味に仕上げられています。使用するお米は天日干しのオリジナルブレンド米です。上品な甘みを感じます。赤身、光もの、白身魚、貝類等の繊細な味わいにも相性が合っていて、美味しかったです。
鮨うら山は独自の北陸ルートを中心に、全国各地からも選りすぐりの贅沢な海の幸を仕入れています。北陸から日本海で採れた魚を直送しています。季節の味を楽しめるように様々な地方からも旬ものを取り寄せています。
