2022年12月にオープンした「好蘭」のオーナーシェフの秋山氏は四川飯店、スーツァンレストラン陳名古屋店で料理長をされていた方。
店内はL字カウンター11席の落ち着いた空間。
青山椒が効いた蝦夷鮑の茶碗しから始まり
神戸ポークの雲白肉の甘辛いソースや、鰤やフカヒレに発酵唐辛子などの四川香辛料を巧みに扱い辛みと素材の旨みのバランスが全体的に絶妙な仕上がりでした。
"虹霓"、"眞善美"など四川飯店出身のシェフたちが名古屋中華を牽引しておりますが、その中でも好蘭さんは比較的リーズナブルに楽しめるお店で、これから更に人気高まるお店だと思います。
