After working as a manager at a famous Italian Cuisine, he opened the Italian Restaurants "BOTTEGON". Dishes that add a new essence to traditional dishes have become a hot topic, and new restaurants such as Umemoto and Aurochs are opening one after another. At [SHINGOLLIRA], where he is the chef himself, he presents simple yet special Italian Cuisine. We offer Sakaeya's aged meat, an attractive seasonal ingredient, along with the special service we have cultivated over many years.
