特別な日のためシンゴリラさんでコースランチを予約。
まずびっくりしたのが入口がどこか分からないお店になっていて、バナナを上に持ち上げることで扉がオープン！！
何度も扉をあけたくなりました♪
お店に入ると広々としたカウンターが6席。
壁に置くワイングラスの置き場所が洞窟みたいでオシャレ！
記念日に来るにはぴったりのお店！

前菜の豚のフリットは8時間煮込んだ豚の背脂出汁が使われていて口に広がる旨味がすごく美味しかったです。
ランチコースはパスタを選べるのですが追加料金でトリュフのパスタへ変更。
イタリア産の夏トリュフがパスタを覆い尽くしパスタが見えない！なんて贅沢なパスタなんだ！
食べるとトリュフの香りが鼻に抜け、パルミジャーノがよく絡み美味しい！
麺はもちもちでパスタソースに負けていません。
メインの滋賀県産近江牛のハンバーグ炭火焼ですが
トップシェフも肉の研修に訪れる肉屋「サカエヤ」さんで扱っているお肉を仕入れハンバーグを作っている。
肉汁に溢れ美味しい！！！
丁寧に作られたデミグラスソースがまたよくあう！！
お代わりしたくなりました♪
最後にデザートですが昔懐かしいプリンでした。
固めのプリンにキャラメルソースがしっかり。
甘過ぎず美味しかったです。
入口から驚かさせれてお店の中の雰囲気はさながら美術館。
テーブルのお皿を置く場所から自分が座る席まで自分がシンゴリラの作品になったような感じがします。
帰りにわざわざ外までお見送りをしていただきました。
おもてなしの心がしっかりとされているお店。
大切な人との大人のデートにぴったりだと思いました。
良い記念日になりました。
