Our specialty offal Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) can be served for 2 people or more. The ingredients include plump and light domestic offals, as well as vegetables such as cabbage and chives cut into easy-to-eat sizes. The seasoning uses Kyushu soy sauce, so it's sweet but has a light taste. It goes great with the ingredients too ◎ Be sure to pair it with alcohol.

A perfect dish to go with alcohol! We have a rich lineup of chicken fillet sashimi and Kiriba sashimi. Please enjoy the Shimoba sashimi with Kyushu soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and green onions.
