We offer a variety of specialties made with Kuroge Wagyu beef from Kagoshima Prefecture, which the owner has fallen in love with. First of all, I would like to introduce "Takeyama Onion Tongue", which gives the restaurant its name. A bite-sized dish made with green onions wrapped in tongue and skewered.
