栄三丁目、プリンセスガーデンホテルB 1にある焼肉屋さんに夜2名で初訪問。
元プロ野球選手が手がけているだけあり、壁には沢山のサイン色紙が貼られています。
全席個室の店内は、スライド式の扉で区切られていて、シンプルな造り。
コースも有りますが、アラカルトでお願いしました。

お肉の塩加減が絶妙で、総合的に美味しかったです。
先ず、最初のナムルが美味しかったので期待値が上がりました。
名物のたけやま葱タン3種盛りは、葱タン、味噌葱タン、梅葱タンで構成されており、串を刺したまま両面を焼いて頂きましたが、ジューシーで味付けも好みでした♡
ハラミも肉肉しくて好きな食感。
焼きしゃぶにつける特製のおつゆが、出汁感があって美味しい。
マルシンは柔らかく肉質が良いです。
牛飯ビビンバは、牛肉感は余り無いですが、牛丼のつゆの様な和風っぽい味付け。
美味しいナムルがのっているので完食。
ドリンクは、レモン酎ハイはもっと甘さの無い物が好みですが、生ビールの泡がクリーミーで美味しかったです。
サービス面は、スタッの方皆さん笑顔で、空いたお皿も下げてくれるし、とても良かったです。
卓上のダクトが良く機能していて、煙を吸ってくれるので煙たく無かったです。
帰りに店主さんとご挨拶させて頂きました。
他のメニューも試してみたいので、また再訪したいです。
