Enjoy the natural flavor of the meat♪ We recommend the [seitan] with our homemade salt and lemon sauce, and we use tanshin and tangen, which are the fattest types of tongue. Serve with a squeeze of lemon. [Kuroge Wagyu beef yukhoe], which has a distinct taste of raw meat, is also popular. Our store is licensed, heat sterilized, and quick-frozen products.
