At our restaurant, we offer fresh Yakiniku (Grilled meat) made from carefully selected Japanese Japanese black beef. Among them, the most recommended are the ``seitan'', which is purchased raw, and the ``specially selected skirt steak'' made from wagyu beef. In addition, we also have rare cuts such as short ribs, skirt steak, misuji and ichibo. We offer two types of homemade sauces that enhance the flavor of the meat: the soy sauce sauce, which tastes even better when mixed with our homemade yangnyeon, and the miso sauce, which goes well with offal.
