この日はホテルオークラレストラン名古屋さんで中華料理のコースをいただきました。
前菜、上海蟹肉・味噌入りふかひれスープ、ペキンダック、海鮮のXO醤炒め、牛ヒレ肉の鎮江産黒酢ソース、五目炒飯、点心と美味しい料理が次々と出てきました。
どの料理も完成度が高いです。
せっかくの中華なので、お酒は紹興酒で。
さすがホテルオークラレストランさんの中華。
美味しかったです。
