From June 1st to July 14th. "Salted grilled sweetfish" is known as classic of sweetfish dishes, as it is skewered vertically and slowly grilled to remove excess moisture and condense the flavor. You can enjoy the aroma and flavor of sweetfish to your heart's content. Kaiseki cuisine made with plenty of natural sweetfish is available at a special price for a limited time only! Please take this opportunity to try it.
