愛知県名古屋市東区葵のマザックアートプラザ B2Fにあるフランス料理 壺中天にお伺いしました。名古屋市営地下鉄 東山線 新栄駅の1番出口から徒歩約1分のところにあり、新栄駅からマザックアートプラザへの専用通路で直結しているので、公共交通機関からアクセスしやすいです。自動車でも共有の施設駐車場があるため便利です。店内は天井が高く明るくて、お洒落な雰囲気です。店内座席は38席です。個室もあるので、幅広いシーンに利用できると思います。
今回は平日限定のLunch course Menu A（7500円）をいただきました。コースの内容は、お口取り、前菜、魚料理、肉料理、デザート、コーヒーと小菓子です。料理の盛り付けは華やかでとても綺麗でした。旬の上質な素材を、美味しい状態で楽しむことができます。こだわりがある一品ばかりで、とても美味しかったです。特に、殻付き帆立貝のヴァプールとシューファルシは絶妙な火加減のホタテで、まろやかなソースとの相性も抜群でした。
フランス料理 壺中天は伝統的フランス料理を追求し進化するレストランです。美味しい料理と選りすぐりのワインが取り揃えられています。
