One day we had dinner at Mingei Kappo Yakumo. This time's course is a nice course that comes with a rinse pot and a grill. A long-established store in Shinei that was founded in 1961 and first served shabu shabu in Nagoya. Mr. Yakumo's carefully selected beef uses only the core of the rib roast.
