Most of Seafood Tempura, such as shrimp, conger eel, and conger eel, is sourced from nearby waters such as Mikawa Bay. We serve dishes that let as many people as possible know the deliciousness of local Seafood. Additionally, since the owner is originally from Hida Takayama, he also serves Hida wild vegetables that he has harvested himself, as well as mushroom Tempura ordered locally. By carefully adjusting the distribution of flour and the temperature of the oil, we were able to create a light and delicious frying method that is less likely to cause heartburn.

We only order carefully selected brands from locally famous sake breweries. We also recommend the local sake tasting experience where you can taste three brands of interest at a reasonable price, and the Hida local sake cup with its unique design. We also have a wide selection of shochu, mainly from Hida and Kyushu, and a wide variety of wines that go well with Japanese-style meal.
