新栄駅前のビル群の中に古民家のような味のある佇まいの魚甚さんに初訪問。入口入ったすぐ横に新鮮鮮魚がズラリ(写真撮るの忘れたことにショック)！メニューも仕入漁港まで書かれた美味しそうな魚種と調理メニューで全部食べたくなります。今回のオーダーは富山産ガス海老唐揚げ。頭まで全部丸かじり出来ますが、特に頭が味噌の甘味が最高！刺身5点盛りは本マグロ赤身、こち、サワラ、帆立、ブリ。どれも旨味の強い刺身でしたが特に本マグロ赤身！牛肉ユッケ食べてるみたいな感覚です。トラフグ唐揚げも下味のついた繊細な唐揚げで、思わず日本酒飲み比べセットをオーダー。他にもキジハタ塩焼き、剣先イカのバター醤油、どれも素材がいいからこその美味しさでした。ワタリガニのトマトクリームパスタが終了してて残念！またゆっくり来たいお店です。ごちそうさまでした♪
