Vin Nature, a natural wine made using pesticide-free and organic farming methods, is bottled to bring out the natural flavor of the grapes. Our store has a wide selection of products from overseas such as Italy, France, and Australia, as well as products from Japan. We offer a variety of wines, including Hirakawa Winery, Domaine Takahiko from Hokkaido, Yoichi, and Azucca Eazucco from Aichi. ChefMr. Iwami fascinates his guests with the delicious food created by his refined sensibilities.
Mr. Iwami, whose father was also a chef, went on to culinary school three years after getting a job, and at the same time became a bartender and entered the food and beverage industry. He also has experience as a Restaurants server and a sommelier at a French restaurant. We have been pursuing the balance between "food, wine, and comfort." After that, I went to France and tried various cuisines, honestly aiming to perfect myself. The creative sensibilities honed through experience continue to fascinate guests through food.

The chef is very particular about vegetables, such as purchasing vegetables by type from producers and only using freshest leafy vegetables purchased the same day. We also value our relationships, so the ingredients are shipped directly to us if the producers themselves say they want us to use them. Among them, the ``Douman crab'', which is said to be a phantom, arrives from a fisherman, and you may be able to find a rare dish on the same day.
