名古屋のグルメさんなら知っている超予約困難なイタリアンや僕の大好きなお店のシェフも働いていた経験がある人気店
大好きな人たちにお祝いで連れてきてもらい2回目の訪問でしたがこの日もどの料理もワインも最高に美味しかった
生産者さん直送やこだわって仕入れる旬の食材を使用した料理は食材を活かすシンプルな味付けだけど奥深い味わいで料理って凄いなーと思える素晴らしく美味しいイタリアン
ワインもあまり詳しくは無いけどどれも美味しく、合わせることで料理を更に引き立ててあって凄く良かったです❗️
焼きたてのフォッカッチャはあの店やあの店が美味しいのはここで働いていたからなのかなーって思える最高に美味いフォッカッチャなので好きな人はこれを目掛けていって欲しい♂️笑
アラカルトもあるみたいだし軽く食べてワイン飲むのも良いししっかりコースで楽しむも良し
