We make soups and dashi using vegetables, scraps, and meat bones that are generated during the preparation process. Since we have a number of restaurant, we distribute and use ingredients as needed.
Community Contribution Activities
I am participating in the Love Farm Project. As part of our efforts to support the independence of people with disabilities, we receive vegetables grown with care and love and deliver them to our restaurants, where we serve delicious and enthusiastic dishes to our customers. We are building a system that allows us to contribute to society through food and drink, and supporting enriching activities.
