Each Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) is carefully grilled using our homemade salt, which is gentle and mellow and has no edges that won't stick, and is perfect for yakitori, which brings out the flavor of the meat many times more even without the use of umami seasonings. At Kinboshi, when serving skewers and food, we instruct our staff on how to orient the skewers and where to place the food to make it easier for customers to eat.
