“BYO” = Bring Your Own. A convenient and advantageous system that originated in Australia that allows you to bring your favorite alcohol! You can bring your own wine for 1,000 yen per bottle♪ If you don't know when to drink the wine you have at home, please feel free to bring it with you. Enjoy it with our meat. |
I went to this restaurant on a weekday night, which serves charcoal-grilled meat and wine, just a 5-minute walk from Takatake Subway Station. The inside of the restaurant has about 10 seats at the counter and 5 tables, and the space has a stylish atmosphere with dim lighting. I arrived around 8pm and there was only one other customer. The menu includes the famous grilled bone-in chicken leg, A5 rank Miyazaki beef, Miyazaki Jidori chicken, charcoal-grilled meat such as thick-sliced bacon and sausage, various types of Ajillo, Prosciutto. They have a very attractive lineup of appetizers such as cheese, seafood paella and pasta, and savory dishes such as cheese risotto, and they also have a wide variety of wines, with bottles starting at 2,800 yen at reasonable prices. Among them, we received Prosciutto, Miyazaki Jidori chicken thighs, and Miyazaki Sangenton pork loin. Prosciutto is jamon serrano from Spain, and it is cut to order. The thick cut has a firm meaty texture and salty taste that will make the wine go sour. The chicken thighs have a firm texture and flavor, and the skin and juicy fat are also nice. The Miyazaki Sangenton pork loin was also tender and had just the right amount of juicy fat, which I really liked and enjoyed. I'm also curious about Ajillo and pasta, so I'd like to try those next time. Thank you for the meal.
