名古屋へ出張に行きました折、
名古屋歴長い方オススメの当店
に行きました。
ホテルにチェックイン後、
地下鉄の新栄町から歩いて
店に到着！
カウンター席オンリーの
店内。大将一人です。
ここからおまかせ
のスタート！
・真鯛(師崎)
・天然縞鯵(師崎)
・スズキ(師崎)
ここまで刺身の提供ですが、
そのねっとりとした舌触り
から、熟成されているのが
分かります。
この中では縞鯵！
縞鯵のほとんどが養殖と
ですから、めったに
ありつけない天然ものは、
やはり違います。
・鰆
・赤にし貝
・下仁田ネギのお吸い物
・ボラのへそ
珍味として提供されたボラの
へそは、砂ずり(砂肝)のような
食感で美味！
