日替ランチ800円を頂きました。鯖味噌煮、茶碗蒸、素麺、白飯、味噌汁、漬物、水物の構成です。
鯖味噌煮の鯖は半身で厚さはさほどないが、味噌がしっかり浸み、鯖の脂によりトロリとした食感。旨い。
茶碗蒸は綺麗な外観と滑らかな食感。小海老が隠れていた。出汁が旨い。
白飯は粘りも丁度良く、味噌汁は円やかな味わい。
素麺は冷たく温度管理されている。出汁と素麺が一体化。暑い昼時には有難い。
マスカットは甘味が立つ。旨い。
総じて、高コスパランチ。ダイニングは落ち着いた雰囲気。カウンタ、卓席、個室があり多様な使い方ができるかな。土曜日も平日と同じランチが頂けるのはありがたい。
