Food Doteni cooked to order
``Doteni'' is a slightly more elegant flavor based on red miso, which is representative of Nagoya's food culture. In order to serve our Doteni in its most delicious state, it is pre-boiled and then placed in a pot after an order is placed for the final finishing touches, which takes about 5 to 10 minutes. ``Yakiton'' There are many different parts of Yakiton, and because it is fresh and prepared with great care, there is no smell, and everyone including women can enjoy it.
