At our restaurant, we use ``Japanese Bincho charcoal'' to grill our food, so you can enjoy the aromatic aroma of the grilling. Made with morning ground Mikawa chicken. Skewered into large skewers and slowly grilled over authentic charcoal. Please enjoy it with soy sauce and mineral-rich rock salt that brings out the natural flavor of the chicken.
