出来てから気になってたお店でディナーしたよ☆
夏ぐらいはランチで伺おうとして
なかなか思った曜日に予約が取れず苦戦して…
かなり前から予約して貰って行きました
オープンキッチンでカウンター席や間隔は広めのテーブル席があり、奥に個室風で2テーブル
今回は貸切状態でそちらに案内されました
ワインもお食事に合わせながら色々といただいたよ
ソムリエさんにお任せしました！
最初のお口どりはちょっとずつ色々あり楽しい♡
キッシュが特に美味しかったです
お料理は愛知の食材を中心に
国内の素材にこだわっており、
ソースは濃厚で旨味の凝縮されたものばかり
魚は金目鯛でお席にてかけてもらった伊勢海老のアメリケーヌソース？！が風味や香りも強くて 印象的でした♪
デザートに入るまでチーズはフレンチトーストと蜂蜜のジェラートと合わせてあったり、蜜柑は焼いてあるのもあって斬新だった
デザートワイン(貴腐ワイン)も二種いただいた
チョコと西尾抹茶のデザートとその後のお菓子でお花が添えられ華やかで綺麗♡
