完全予約制でコースは３種類
今晩は真ん中の人気No.1乙 -きのと-
お品書きは細かく書いてあります
先ずは蕎麦掻きです 冷たくて美味しい
前菜八寸は鯖寿司から甘エビ、海鼠腸豆腐、茸と季節感満載
椀物は菊花のお汁に松茸と太刀魚 鰹節を摘みに
お造りは写真忘れましたが一口ごとに味が変わって
餡かけは鮑に鱧と太いなめこ 美味しい
焼物は和牛と穴子です
お食事は鉄鍋で炊いた秋刀魚ごはん 昔我が家の名物
漬けの黄身と赤だし秋刀魚ごはん松茸入り 豪華です
ここは最後に蕎麦を出すようです あっさり旨い
デザートも豪華なかき氷です
ゆったりとした時間を過ごさせて頂きました
また来ます
