そろそろお寿司が食べたいなぁ〜と思っていたところに、
SNSでこちらのお店を紹介されている方がいて美味しそうだったのですぐに予約。
お店も綺麗で入りやすい雰囲気。
大将も威圧感あるタイプの方ではなく優しい方でまた来たいなと思えるポイントでした^_^
こちらではガリを2種類用意されているんですね。
個人的には赤酢のものが好きです^_^
せっかくお寿司屋さんに来たならお寿司をいっぱい食べたいので、
おまかせ握りの極みコース11000円。
イカ×雲丹のネタは初めてだけど変わってるな〜甘味があって当然美味しい。
くるまエビ食べ比べも面白い。
ボタンエビも食べたかった〜(＞人＜;)
ホタテはお花みたいな形。ちょこっと炙ってあり香りがする。
金粉の乗ったいくら、
マグロ食べ比べ（炙ってないほうが好き）
大トロ×ネギトロは初めて食べた！けど白身、赤身よりもトロ好きな私は美味しい〜^_^
口の中でとろけました。
最後に一番楽しみにしていた穴子。
個人的にはこれが一番✩
厨房でフワッフワに煮た穴子を炙ってカリッとした食感もあり手が込んでいます。
甘ダレで大好きな味。おかわりしました。
全体的に創作っぽい感じで全てが凝っていて、写真映えもするしその割にお手頃なお値段はすごい！
普段単品で食べまくる私は平気で2〜3人前ペロリだけど
コースだとゆっくりなペースでシャリもそんなに大きくないのでヘルシーでいいなぁと思いました^_^
またリピートしたいお店です。
