I made a reservation online and visited during lunch time ♪ ◉ Sena course 5,940 yen ◉ Ginger ale (sweet) 770 yen ○ Appetizer - Venison spring rolls with blueberry sauce - Gougère Cheese-flavored choux pastry - Grilled amberjack ○ Appetizer・Yokowa (fried bluefin tuna) carpaccio, pickled carrots, avocado sauce, lemon foam ・Homemade smoked ham and asparagus from Fukuoka Prefecture Comes with turnips, Moroccan green beans, broccoli and soy sauce, and 3 kinds of sauces (beetroot)・Served with spinach and yuzu) ♪ ○ Bread I had a second helping of homemade petit baguette focaccia ♪ ○ Fish dish The meaty Japanese Spanish mackerel from Hiroshima had crispy skin and plump flesh ♪ It was perfectly grilled and delicious. Spring cabbage soup is served with chopped bamboo shoots♪ Karasumi powder is sprinkled as an accent! ○ Meat Dishes Roasted Hakata chicken has crispy skin and juicy, plump flesh♪ The chicken has a rich flavor and is delicious. Enjoy it while dipping it in a sauce made with morel mushrooms! It's served with fava beans and snap peas to give you a sense of the season☆ ○Dessert Strawberry White chocolate soufflé Meringue sweets Berry sauce The texture of the soufflé is nice♪It's delicious ○Cafe & tea sweets Coffee, tea, espresso, herbal tea I had a choice of black sesame financier and matcha cookies.The owner sommelier spoke to me in a friendly manner and we had a great time! On the way home, the chef and I will see you off at the exit♪ Both of you are very pleasant, and the beautiful food is delicious to look at and eat, so we recommend it☆ Young mothers can also bring their babies in strollers.
