This is my first visit to a [cooking and makeup] shop in Izumi, Higashi-ku, Nagoya♪ The shop is located in a back street in Izumi, so it feels like only those in the know know about it, and the entrance is only through a small wooden door.Once you pass through that door, there is only a counter inside. The restaurant has a wonderful space with 6 seats.The interior of the restaurant is decorated with antique furniture and tableware, highlighting the attention to detail and good taste of the owner and chef. The atmosphere is so good that you're in a good mood and you're ready to start cooking. Appetizers include edamame dumplings, shrimp mandarin, and corn soup with wonderful presentation and taste! Next, we will have wild red sea bream and natural tuna sashimi with Murakami soy sauce and water salt from Niigata.The sashimi served with water salt is especially delicious because the flavor of the ingredients comes through directly♪ Next, we have red sea bream and manganese chili pepper Tempura. A nigiri dish with carefully charcoal-grilled Isshiki eel and cheese persimmon seeds in the store. Exquisite taste of salted plums ♡ Soft-boiled octopus, Vinegared dish, and the Meat Dishes are Yamaroku pork from Yoro! It was soft and delicious ♪ Here, the Niigata-produced rice was cooked in a clay pot ♡ When I asked, the chef was from Niigata, so he was full of love for Niigata lol. I was able to set aside the center of the clay pot and the charred part. ♪ Finish off with a handmade seasonal parfait!
