Our restaurant only offers `` selection course meals'' starting from 13,000 yen per person. (Starting from 20,000 yen for 2 people) From appetizers to desserts, the chef's specialties are packed full. We only use Kuroge Wagyu beef, and the fish we use is extremely fresh and in season. The owner and chef, Ken Wada, is the master of cooking. He is a talented man who worked at Nagoya Castle Hotel for 29 years and even served as the head chef of Western Cuisine department. We decided to become independent when the Nagoya Castle Hotel was closed for a long time due to reconstruction. We offer menus tailored to customer requests and dishes that even the elderly can enjoy. There is no limit to the length of your stay, so please enjoy your meal at your leisure.
